I get it because I lived it. As a former competitive figure skater and 20+ year coach, I've experienced firsthand the pressure, expectation, and emotional weight youth and teen athletes carry. When I didn't find the support I needed, I went looking. Through my own transformation and deep study of the mind, body, and nervous system, I found what was missing.
The Practice is my mission. To give every athlete the tools I wished I had.
